Michael has spent the last 30 years working in the finance, professional services and property sectors. Michael has extensive experience investing in and developing commercial and residential property across London and the Home Counties. With an eye for detail and passion for the built environment, Michael leverages his extensive business network to identify new opportunities.Prior to co-founding Buckingham Asset Management, Michael was previously a partner in a multi-national group incorporating a broad range of professional services to the property sector, with offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East and AsiaMichael qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986.

Andrew has spent the last 30 years working in the UK and Middle East property markets and has gained extensive experience across real estate fields including; Fund & Asset Management, Investment and Development. Covering all regions of the UK including London, Andrew has been actively involved in acquiring, managing and developing in excess of £2bn of property across all the main sectors (retail, office and industrial) as well as sectors such as Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, and Serviced Apartments/Aparthotel and Hotels. Having worked through various property cycles Andrew has built an in-depth knowledge and awareness of pricing and the ability to identify value-added opportunities.Prior to co-founding Buckingham Asset Management, Andrew has been the leading Development Manager of a number of high-profile developments in South London, Reading and Glasgow. Andrew previously held various senior roles as Head of UK Investment and Main Board Member of Kenmore Property Group, Fund Manager at Hill Samuel Property Services (part of Lloyds TSB) and Fund Manager at SunLife Properties (now AXA SunLife). Andrew is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
